A swap is a dated handover to a different AM. It stays editable until 7 days before the date, when it surfaces for confirmation. Once confirmed, it applies automatically on the date.
The board shows each AM's client count, not a target. This threshold only controls colour — the load bar shifts amber → orange → red as the count approaches it, so heavy AMs stand out. A 100% client counts as 1, a 50% client 0.5, a 150% client 1.5.
